Lemon Cooler Pie Recipe

  • 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 (8 ounce) tub non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • Lemon slices to garnish
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add ice cream and lemonade concentrate; blend on low.
  2. Fold in non-dairy whipped topping.
  3. Spread mixture into pie crust and freeze.
