Lemon and Rosemary T-Bone Steaks Recipe

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh rosemary or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried
  • 6 12-14-ounce T-bone steaks (each about 3/4 to 1 inch thick)
  1. Combine oil, lemon juice, rosemary and generous amount of pepper in large glass baking dish. Add steaks and turn to coat. Cover and chill 4 to 6 hours.
  2. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Remove steaks from marinade. Sprinkle steaks with salt. Grill to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for rare. Transfer to plates and serve.
