- 1 tbsp oil
- knob fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 170g/6oz beef, thinly sliced
- 3 lemon leaves, shredded (or subsitute lime leaves)
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp lemon, zest only
- honey, to drizzle
- Heat the oil in a small wok over a high heat, until smoking, and add the ginger and beef. Stir fry for two minutes, to brown.
- Turn the heat down slightly, add the remaining ingredients and stir fry for a further two minutes before transferring to a bowl and serving.
