- 6 tablespoons Safeway SELECT Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 1/2 cups shredded skinned cooked chicken
- 8 cups finely shredded rinsed and crisped iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, rinsed and cut in half
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 6 large iceberg lettuce leaves, rinsed and crisped
- In a large bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and chicken. Add shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro; mix.
- Mound salad equally onto lettuce leaves on 4 plates. Add more soy sauce to taste.
