- 1 medium head Cabbage, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 medium head Cauliflower, chopped
- 8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups Frozen Green Peas, thawed
- 2 cups sliced Fresh Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 1/4 cups MarzettiĀ® Slaw Dressing
- 2 medium Tomatoes, cut into wedges
- In a large glass bowl, layer cabbage, cauliflower, four slices of bacon, peas, mushrooms and onions. Top with cheese, remaining bacon and dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with tomatoes before serving. Garnish with chopped Parsley or bacon if desired.
