Layered Hot Artichoke and Feta Dip Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup chopped red peppers
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sliced pitted ripe olives
  • PITA THINS Toasted Chips Original
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix Neufchatel cheese, artichokes, Parmesan cheese and garlic until well blended.
  2. Spread into 3-cup ovenproof serving dish; top with peppers and feta cheese.
  3. Bake 20 minutes; top with olives. Serve with the chips.
