Lawrys Lasagna Recipe
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (3 ounce) package Lawry's® Economy Original Style Spaghetti Sauce Spices & Seasonings
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Garlic Powder With Parsley
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- Brown ground beef; drain fat. Stir in Spaghetti Sauce Spices & Seasonings, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
- Combine ricotta cheese and Garlic Powder With Parsley. In separate bowl, combine 2 cups mozzarella cheese with Parmesan cheese.
- In 13x9x2-inch baking dish layer 1/4 of meat sauce, 3 noodles, 1/3 of ricotta mixture and 1/3 of mozzarella-Parmesan mixture; repeat layers 2 times ending with meat sauce.
- Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 30 minutes; top with remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese melts, about 1 to 2 additional minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
