Lawrys Chicken Cacciatore Recipe

  • 2 pounds chicken parts
  • 2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 (1.42 ounce) package Lawry's® Original Spaghetti Sauce Spices & Seasonings
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • Cooked pasta, rice or noodles
  1. Sprinkle chicken with Seasoned Salt. In large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken, a few pieces at a time, until golden. Remove browned pieces; drain fat. In same skillet, add Spaghetti Sauce Spices & Seasonings and tomatoes; mix well. Add chicken. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove cover, add wine and cook for about 15 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve over cooked pasta, rice or noodles.
