- 2 pounds chicken parts
- 2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 3 tablespoons Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 (1.42 ounce) package Lawry's® Original Spaghetti Sauce Spices & Seasonings
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- Cooked pasta, rice or noodles
- Sprinkle chicken with Seasoned Salt. In large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken, a few pieces at a time, until golden. Remove browned pieces; drain fat. In same skillet, add Spaghetti Sauce Spices & Seasonings and tomatoes; mix well. Add chicken. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
- Remove cover, add wine and cook for about 15 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve over cooked pasta, rice or noodles.
