- 1 Archer Farms™ Baguette
- 4 ounces goat cheese (found in the specialty cheese section near the deli)
- 2 ounces prepared refrigerated pesto
- 1 roma (plum) tomato
- Shredded Parmesan cheese
- Mix together the goat cheese and pesto.
- Spread on thin slices of baguette.
- Top with round tomato slices.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Toast under the broiler for a couple minutes until cheese melts.
