KRETSCHMAR® Sausage Cassoulet Recipe

  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups Great Northern Beans (seasonal)
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 1 pound KRETSCHMAR® Dinner Sausage
  1. Add diced tomatoes, Great Northern Beans and bay leaves in a large stock pot or cassoulet. Add KRETSCHMAR(R) loop, dinner sausage. Heat on top of stove over low heat for one hour (heat longer for a more savory flavor). Remove sausage, cut and serve with beans and broth.
