- 1 pound KRETSCHMAR® Dinner Sausage
- 2 yellow peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 2 green peppers
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 purple onion
- Black olives
- Green olives
- Skewers
- Slice yellow, red and green peppers into wedges. Cut dinner sausage into wedges. Alternate peppers, olives, tomatoes, onions and sausage on the skewer. Grill kabobs 10 to 15 minutes, or until sausage is done, turning frequently.
