KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Verde Chicken Chili Recipe

  • 1 (18.2 ounce) package KRAFT Recipe Makers Verde Chicken Enchilada
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can Great Northern beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  1. Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat until done.
  2. Stir in peppers and onions; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
  3. Add beans, broth and Finishing Sauce; stir. Simmer 20 min; stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve over rice. Drizzle with Filling Sauce. Garnish with lime and cilantro.
