- 1 (18.2 ounce) package KRAFT Recipe Makers Verde Chicken Enchilada
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can Great Northern beans, rinsed
- 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat until done.
- Stir in peppers and onions; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
- Add beans, broth and Finishing Sauce; stir. Simmer 20 min; stirring occasionally.
- Serve over rice. Drizzle with Filling Sauce. Garnish with lime and cilantro.
