- 1 (14.6 ounce) package KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Tex-Mex Chicken Fajita
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 3 ounces tortilla chips
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese
- Cook and stir vegetables in oil in large skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add Simmer Sauce and chips; mix well.
- Add eggs; cook 5 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.
- Top with Salsa and cheese. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 5 min or until cheese is melted.
