KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Asian Almond Salmon Recipe

  • 1 (12.2 ounce) package KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Asian Fish Tacos
  • 1 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
  • 6 (4 ounce) skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 cup snow peas
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Combine potatoes and half of Finishing Sauce; spread onto prepared baking sheet.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, nuts and half of the onions. Dip fish in remaining Finishing Sauce, then in crumb mixture, turning evenly to coat. Place on baking sheet next to potatoes.
  4. Bake for 20-25 min or until fish flakes easily with fork. Meanwhile, stir-fry peppers and snow peas in Baking Sauce 2-4 min. until crisp-tender.
  5. Serve fish with potatoes and pepper mixture. Sprinkle with remaining onions.
