Kohl Slaw Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons cherry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise (such as Follow Your Heart® Veganaise®)
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon brown mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 crisp apples, shredded
  • 2 kohlrabi bulbs, peeled and shredded
  • 4 carrots, shredded
  1. Whisk vinegar, vegan mayonnaise, agave nectar, mustard seeds, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until dressing is smooth. Stir apples, kohlrabi, and carrots into dressing until evenly coated. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for flavors to blend, at least 1 hour.
