- 1 pound Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Creole mustard
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- Combine onions, vinegar and SPLENDA(r) Granulated Sweetener in a stainless steel bowl. Cover and marinate for 1 hour then strain off liquid.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly, adjust seasoning if necessary and serve.
