KELLOGGS* RICE KRISPIES* Chocolate Butterscotch Bars Recipe

  • 4 cups KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal
  • 4 cups KELLOGG'S CRISPIX KRISPIES cereal
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/3 cup margarine or butter
  • 42 large marshmallows
  1. Pre-heat oven to 120 degrees C 250 degrees F.
  2. In large microwaveable bowl microwave marshmallows and margarine at HIGH 100% for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir mixture until marshmallows are melted.
  3. Add to cereal and chips mixture, stirring well until coated.
  4. Press mixture into a buttered 3.5 L 13×9 inch baking pan.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely on cooling rack.
  6. Cut into bars, squares or diamond shapes.
