- 1 Keebler® Ready Crust® Graham Pie Crust
- 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Brush bottom and sides of crust with 1 egg yolk. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F.
- In large mixing bowl beat 2 eggs, pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and ginger on low speed of electric mixer until combined. Pour into crust.
- Bake on baking sheet at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes more or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean. Cool for 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
