- 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or more to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Combine avocado, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, garlic, and sea salt in a bowl. Blend with an immersion blender until creamy and smooth.
