Kale and Berries Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup shredded kale
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 10 almonds (optional)
  1. Place banana, berries, kale, orange juice, water, yogurt, and almonds into a blender. Cover and puree until smooth, 20 to 30 seconds.
