Japanese Green Beans with Beef Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until evenly brown; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in green beans and about 1 cup water. Cover, and cook until beans are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Season with SPLENDA(R) Granulated Sweetener and soy sauce, and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
