Jalapeno Corn Dip Recipe

  • 2 (11 ounce) cans Mexican-style corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 ounce) package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 1/2 cup diced green onion
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  1. Mix corn, Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, green chiles, green onion, and jalapeno pepper together in a bowl.
