- 2 avocados – peeled, pitted, and cubed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 large tomatoes, cubed
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1/3 cup basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 3 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch fine sea salt to taste
- Combine avocados and lemon juice in a large bowl; toss to coat. Add tomato, mozzarella, and basil; toss again. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
