Hummus, Tomato, and Cucumber Sandwiches Recipe

  • 6 tablespoons hummus
  • 8 slices O Organics™ Seeds and Grains Bread
  • 4 small plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 24 thin slices English cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon O Organics Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 slices red onion
  • 8 large O Organics Basil leaves
  • 4 slices O Organics Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  1. Spread hummus evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, and vinegar in a small bowl; divide evenly among 4 bread slices. Top each with 1 onion slice, 2 basil leaves, 1 cheese slice, and 1 bread slice.
