- 1 packet French vanilla instant breakfast
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1 chai tea bag
- Whipped topping
- Nutmeg
- Heat milk in sauce pan or microwave.
- Place instant breakfast in large mug; stir in warmed milk.
- Add tea bag and cover; let sit for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove tea bag.
- Top with dollop of whipped topping and a dusting of nutmeg.
