- 3/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 1/2 cups crushed salt-free pretzels
- 1/2 teaspoon Morton® Salt Substitute, divided
- HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
- 1/2 cup hot mustard powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons apple juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- Dip chicken cubes into Honey Mustard sauce, then coat with crushed pretzels. Refrigerate 30 minutes to set.
- Discard any unused sauce. Place chicken cubes on large ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F, 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with Morton(R) Salt Substitute. Serve warm.
- Honey Mustard Sauce: Combine ingredients until smooth.
