Horseradish Bacon Cheddar Burgers Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons creamy horseradish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ Steak Seasoning
  • 4 (1 ounce) slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 Archer Farms™ Buns, split and toasted
  • 4 slices Archer Farms™ Bacon
  • 12 thin red onion rings
  1. Heat grill.
  2. Lightly mix ground beef, 2 tablespoons creamy horseradish sauce and steak seasoning. Divide beef mixture into quarters and shape into 1/2-inch thick patties.
  3. Grill burger over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Place a slice of cheese on each burger and place on buns.
  4. Meanwhile, cook bacon as package directs. Cut each slice of bacon in half. Cross two pieces of bacon on each burger; top with onion rings.
