- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 tablespoons creamy horseradish sauce
- 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ Steak Seasoning
- 4 (1 ounce) slices cheddar cheese
- 4 Archer Farms™ Buns, split and toasted
- 4 slices Archer Farms™ Bacon
- 12 thin red onion rings
- Heat grill.
- Lightly mix ground beef, 2 tablespoons creamy horseradish sauce and steak seasoning. Divide beef mixture into quarters and shape into 1/2-inch thick patties.
- Grill burger over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Place a slice of cheese on each burger and place on buns.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon as package directs. Cut each slice of bacon in half. Cross two pieces of bacon on each burger; top with onion rings.
