Honey-Nut Graham Chews Recipe

  • 30 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 20 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, coarsely crushed
  • 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Honey Roasted Peanuts
  1. Line 8-inch square pan with foil. Lightly grease foil; set aside.
  2. Place marshmallows, butter and honey in large saucepan; cook on medium heat until mixture comes to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, crushed grahams and peanuts; mix well.
  3. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan; cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
