Honey Nut Dressing Recipe

  • 1 cup Minute® Brown Rice, uncooked
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add walnuts; cook and stir until lightly toasted. Add onions and celery; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in rice and remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
