- 1 cup Minute® Brown Rice, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Melt margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add walnuts; cook and stir until lightly toasted. Add onions and celery; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
- Stir in rice and remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
