- 8 (1/2-inch) slices Archer Farms™ Portuguese Artisan Bread cut from the center of the loaf
- 4 teaspoons honey mustard
- 1 cup bite sized pieces pulled from an Archer Farms™ Oven Roasted Chicken
- 1/2 cup Market Pantry™ Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cuts™ Chopped Red Onion
- 2 tablespoons Archer Farms™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Spread 4 slices of bread with honey mustard. Top evenly with chicken, cheese and onion. Top with remaining slices of bread.
- Heat large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Brush tops of sandwiches with olive oil. Place oiled side down in hot skillet. If sandwiches don't fit easily, cook in batches. Brush tops of sandwiches with olive oil.
- Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is brown and crisp, turning once. Cut sandwiches in half to serve.
