HONEY MAID Graham Muffins Recipe

  • 16 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons CALUMET Baking Powder
  • 1 cup fat free milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix crumbs, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl.
  2. Add milk, egg and honey; stir just until moistened. Spoon batter evenly into nine greased medium muffin cups, filling each cup two-thirds full.
  3. Bake 15 to 18 min or until lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan. Serve warm.
