Honey Glazed Chicken Teriyaki Recipe

  • 1 (20 ounce) can DOLE® Pineapple Chunks or Pineapple Slices
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 5 chicken breasts
  1. Drain pineapple; reserve 1 tablespoon juice.
  2. Combine reserved juice, honey, soy sauce and garlic powder in small bowl; set aside.
  3. Place chicken in single layer in foil-lined 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Pour pineapple chunks over chicken. Pour reserved sauce over chicken and pineapple.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees F., 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Spoon sauce over chicken and pineapple. Serve with green beans and roasted potatoes, if desired.
