Holiday Breakfast Sandwiches Recipe

  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 large Granny Smith apples – peeled, cored, and cut into rings
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Whisk brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  3. Remove biscuit dough from the can and separate into biscuits. Press into 3-inch circles on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over each circle; top with apple rings. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture evenly over apple rings. Drizzle margarine on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until biscuits are lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
