- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (12 ounce) container Fresh Cuts diced peppers
- 1 (7.5 ounce) jar hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden™ Chili Paste
- juice of 1 fresh lime
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 (6 ounce) package China Boy™ Chow Mein Noodles
- 1 teaspoon Market Pantry™ Vegetable Oil
- Salt and pepper
- Wash and separate the leaves from iceberg lettuce.
- Whisk hoisin, garlic, ginger, chili paste and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Heat oil in large saut pan over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef. Season with salt and pepper, add peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the hoisin sauce mixture and stir for 2-3 minutes. To serve: Scoop a little of the beef mixture into a lettuce leaf. Top with a few chow mein noodles and roll to eat with hands.
