- 4 potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 1/2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Coat a shallow pan with nonstick spray. Mix potatoes with oil, thyme, and pepper. Spread potatoes in a single layer in pan. Bake, turning occasionally until browned, 20 to 25 minutes.
