Healthy Strawberry Apriplum Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

  • 2 cups hulled strawberries
  • 2 apriplums, pitted and sliced into sections
  • 1/3 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt (such as Chobani®)
  • 1 teaspoon ground toasted coconut
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  1. Combine strawberries, apriplums, yogurt, coconut, flax seed in a blender. Pour in milk; pulse until smooth.
