Healthy Peanut Butter Mousse Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon stevia brown sugar blend
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips, or to taste
  1. Microwave peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl until liquid and smooth, about 20 seconds.
  2. Stir Greek yogurt into the peanut butter with a spoon until smooth, scraping off any peanut butter stuck to the spoon. Stir in stevia and vanilla extract. Fold in chocolate chips.
