Health Shake Recipe

  • 3 cups frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
  • 1/2 (12 ounce) package silken tofu, chilled and drained
  • 1 cup reduced fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or as needed
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter (optional)
  • Chopped fresh peach (optional)
  1. In a blender container combine frozen peaches, tofu, LACTAID(R) Reduced Fat Milk, honey, and peanut butter, if desired. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Top with chopped fresh peach, if desired.
