- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup flaked coconut
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9 x 13 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar, soda, and flour by hand. Mix in eggs, pineapple with juice. Stir in nuts, and coconut. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
