- 4 teaspoons Market Pantry™ Canola Oil
- 1 (12 ounce) package Market Pantry™ Ham Steaks
- 1 cup Fresh Cuts™ Fajita Mix Blend of Fresh Onions and Peppers
- 1 cup drained Market Pantry™ Pineapple Chunks
- 3 tablespoons Market Pantry™ Teriyaki Marinade
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook ham steaks in skillet for 3 to 4 minutes turning once. Remove steaks to serving platter and cover to keep warm.
- Add remaining tablespoon of oil to pan. Cook peppers and onion blend and pineapple in oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in teriyaki marinade and red pepper flakes and heat briefly until bubbly.
- Spoon pineapple mixture over ham. Sprinkle chopped green onion over all.
