Ham Steaks with Teriyaki Pineapple Recipe

  • 4 teaspoons Market Pantry™ Canola Oil
  • 1 (12 ounce) package Market Pantry™ Ham Steaks
  • 1 cup Fresh Cuts™ Fajita Mix Blend of Fresh Onions and Peppers
  • 1 cup drained Market Pantry™ Pineapple Chunks
  • 3 tablespoons Market Pantry™ Teriyaki Marinade
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook ham steaks in skillet for 3 to 4 minutes turning once. Remove steaks to serving platter and cover to keep warm.
  2. Add remaining tablespoon of oil to pan. Cook peppers and onion blend and pineapple in oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in teriyaki marinade and red pepper flakes and heat briefly until bubbly.
  3. Spoon pineapple mixture over ham. Sprinkle chopped green onion over all.
