- 4 avocados – peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 2 habanero peppers, seeded and minced (wear gloves), or to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 sprigs cilantro, chopped, or to taste
- 1/2 large tomato, seeded and finely diced
- Blend avocados, red onion, habanero peppers, garlic, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and cilantro in a food processor until smooth; transfer to a bowl.
- Fold tomato into the avocado mixture.
