- 4 ripe avocados
- 2 small ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 to 3 fresh green chiles or jalapeno peppers, deveined, seeded, and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, minced (about ¼ cup)
- Salt
- Tostados, for serving
- Mash the avocados in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, and mix together thoroughly. Serve with the tostados.
