- 1 (9 ounce) can light tuna, drained and flaked
- 3/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 2 (6 inch) whole-wheat pitas
- Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl and blend thoroughly with a fork. Split the pita in half and fill each half with 1/4 cup of the mixture.
