- 1/2 cup Market Pantry™ Butter, softned
- 4 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- 4 Sutton & Dodge™ T-bone Steaks
- Archer Farms™ Steak Seasoning
- Mix together butter, gorgonzola, chives and black pepper. Set aside.
- Season steaks and grill or broil 4-5 minutes per side.
- Top each steak with dollop of gorgonzola butter mixture.
- Serve with baked potatoes.
