Grilled T-Bone Steaks with Gorgonzola Butter Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Market Pantry™ Butter, softned
  • 4 ounces crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
  • 4 Sutton & Dodge™ T-bone Steaks
  • Archer Farms™ Steak Seasoning
  1. Mix together butter, gorgonzola, chives and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Season steaks and grill or broil 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Top each steak with dollop of gorgonzola butter mixture.
  4. Serve with baked potatoes.
