- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Savory Marketâ„¢ Grilled Sirloin Steak Flavor
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 pounds ground beef, extra lean
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Combine beef, and the ingredients listed above in a large bowl; blend well. Shape beef into two 1-inch-thick patties. Grill beef until cooked to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
