- 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ frozen wild caught Alaskan sockeye salmon fillets, thawed
- 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ chili dill salt
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ dill weed
- Oil grill or spray with cooking spray before heating. Heat grill. Sprinkle salmon with the chili dill salt.
- When ready to grill, place salmon, skin side down, on grill over medium-high heat. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients in a small microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once, until sauce is hot.
- Serve cut into serving size pieces with sauce spooned over salmon. Garnish with fresh dill, if you have some.
