Grilled Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce Recipe

  • 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ frozen wild caught Alaskan sockeye salmon fillets, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ chili dill salt
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ dill weed
  1. Oil grill or spray with cooking spray before heating. Heat grill. Sprinkle salmon with the chili dill salt.
  2. When ready to grill, place salmon, skin side down, on grill over medium-high heat. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients in a small microwaveable dish. Cover and cook on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once, until sauce is hot.
  4. Serve cut into serving size pieces with sauce spooned over salmon. Garnish with fresh dill, if you have some.
