- 1 Archer Farms™ ciabatta loaf, halved lengthwise
- 2 (6 ounce) packages portabella mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
- 4 ounces deli-sliced Havarti cheese
- 1/2 (16 ounce) jar mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- Heat grill. Sprinkle mushrooms with steak seasoning.
- Place bread, cut side down, and mushrooms on grill over medium heat. Cover and cook bread about 3 minutes or until toasted; cook mushrooms 6 to 8 minutes or until tender. During last 2 minutes of cooking top each mushroom with cheese.
- Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and basil. Spread on toasted bread halves.
- Slice cooked mushrooms into 1/2-inch strips. Place on bottom half of loaf. Add your favorite burger toppers, like lettuce and tomato slices, if you have them on hand. Add top half of loaf.
