Grilled Peach Cobbler Recipe

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, or to taste
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
  2. Lightly brush each peach half with vegetable oil.
  3. Place peaches cut-side down on the grill; cook until tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Flip and continue cooking, 1 to 2 minutes more. Transfer to individual serving bowls.
  4. Top each peach half with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs before serving.
