Grilled Moroccan Chicken Pitas Recipe

  • 3 frozen chicken breast halves, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons Sutton & Dodge™ Moroccan rub
  • 1/4 cup Archer Farms™ mango curry grilling sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 pita pockets
  1. Heat grill.
  2. Rinse and pat thawed chicken dry. Rub 1 teaspoon Moroccan rub on both sides of every chicken breast.
  3. Grill chicken, covered, over medium-high heat 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Turn chicken once more and grill an additional 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until it is fork tender and juices run clear.
  5. Mix mango curry grilling sauce and mayonnaise together in small bowl.
  6. Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce inside each pita pocket.
  7. Cut chicken breasts in 1/2-inch slices and fill pitas with lettuce leaf and chicken slices. Top with remaining sauce.
