Grilled Italian Sausage and Peppers Recipe

  • 2 medium bell peppers (red, green and/or yellow), cut into strips
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fat-free Italian dressing
  • 4 frozen BOCA Meatless Italian Sausages
  • 4 hot dog buns or French bread rolls, partially split
  1. PLACE peppers, onions and dressing in heavy-duty foil bag or foil pouch; close bag tightly. Grill 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning bag occasionally.
  2. MEANWHILE, grill sausages as directed on package. Fill buns with sausages; top with pepper mixture. Makes 4 sandwiches.
  3. FILL buns with sausages; top with pepper mixture.
